Production Supervisor

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for output, failure report, quality, EHS management, 5S&TPM, CIP, monitor tooling & fixtures status within team, increasing productivity to achieve yearly target.
• Be responsible for production interruption arrangement, fast resolving the problems by communication with different dept. to ensure smooth production.
• Cooperate with process planner to implement improvements and CR, achieve line balance and standardization target, etc.
• Be responsible for shifts management, including monthly evaluation, training & development plan and personal, creating harmonious working atmosphere.
• Synchronize the problems from different shifts, responsible to share experiences and avoid the same issues.
• Summary and consolidate the Top Issues from shift production, define the action plan and tracking the close rate.
• Other tasks assigned from Production Manager

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above, engineering related major
• Min. 8 years of work experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Skillful in MS Office. Be familiar with ERP, SAP
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, take responsibility
