Inventory Planner

Job Mission

Responsible for the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with the authorized suppliers of the assigned product lines.

Main Activities

• Calculate Safety Stock and Re-Order Point (if applicable).
• Calculate average inventory and optimal inventory y division.
• Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, project development.
• Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Proactively identify possible stock outs and issue purchase orders.
• Proactively identify possible excess inventory and cancel purchase orders.
• Analysis of late or advanced deliveries by supplier and create action plan together with the buyer.
• Perform purchase order planning based on the delivery time of each of the suppliers.
• Prepare and update key reports to measure the performance of supplier

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineering or related careers
• 3-4 years of experience
• Supply chain, inventory planning and control, Excel experience
• English level: Advanced
