Assistant to Plant and HR Manager

Your Tasks:
- Perform HR related tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Management and Human Resources Department
- Participate in the employer branding activities of the company
- Handle social media platforms of the company, create content for social media
- Manage and screen all in- and outbound correspondences, reports and documents according to the requirements of the Plant Manager
- Schedule and prepare meetings with departments, clients, candidates etc..
- Deliver daily administration work as assigned by the HR department, e.g. administration of the employee database, support of the payroll process incl. benefits activities, leaves and attendance management, administrative tasks of the recruitment process
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers, e.g. travel management, facility cleaning, shuttle bus provider
Your profile:
- Minimum secondary level education with maturity exam
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Administration and HR
- Social media management and content creation/management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Good organizing ability and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
- Strong customer focus
- Skills in MS Office and Canva, Photoshop or other editing tools
- Fluent in English
