Operating in the context of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, the carve-out management office (COMO) covers operational project management and project office, as well as carve-out governance and methodology. To scale up, we’re recruiting project office members.
Carve-out projects are complex and challenging, include all functions of the company and run in a volatile, time-pressured M&A environment that is exposed to all hierarchy levels. These projects may present a great opportunity for anyone with a can-do attitude, who is curious and eager to grow.

What you can look forward to as Project Office Member (m/f/d):
• Support international carve-out projects of any kind and size
• Conduct operational project management tasks to support the carve-out project manager and transversal carve-out workstream leader
• Drive and follow up on critical topics on behalf of the project manager
• Follow up with workstream leaders on their deliverables & workstream status
• Update project plans, risk registers and other key project documents; feed project reporting templates & dashboard on project and carve-out portfolio level
• Build key project deliverables & documents for Steering Committees under the guidance of the carve-out project or workstream leaders
• Collaborate with external consultants (e.g. M&A consultants)
• Apply best practices & guidelines determined by the carve-out governance body
• Feed back learnings to the carve-out governance team and support them in adapting templates, trainings, etc.
Your profile as Project Office Member (m/f/d):
• Successfully completed bachelor studies
• 2 years’ experience in project management, preferably with M&A projects
• Experience in coordination & support functions, (e.g. status updates, project tracking & controlling, meeting facilitation, …)
• IT affinity, motivated about digitalization, very good usage of Excel & PowerPoint, Office 365
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, due to the international orientation of our activities
• Very good analytical skills, high abstraction ability and quick comprehension skills
• Can-do-attitude, autonomous way of working, result-oriented
• Strong communication skills with competent appearance and internal customer orientation
• Strong team-player and collaboration
