Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division, this position will be located at El Salvador which is a new plant for the Division.

 

Position Summary

Supervise assigned work groups as well as reduce wasted time, carry out projects with engineering, review machinery maintenance activities in order to meet the client's requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the application of internal or external available assets (manpower, equipment / infrastructure and materials) for plant maintenance to deliver the required and agreed technical availability and continuous improvement process.
  • Lead, inform, manage, coach, mentor, find and develop maintenance expert team with passion to ensure that a diverse result/process and problem solving-orientated organization is in place in accordance with compliance.
  • Drive the organization in achieving agreed operational performance/budgets, ensuring the achievement of Daily (SFM Process), Weekly, Monthly (BCC process), Quarterly and Annual (OP/SP) Plant Targets of: Safety Performance, Technical availability of production equipment, Maintenance cost (Internal labour, External labour, Material – Spares) “5 Vital Few” (LTAR,MTTR,MTBF,Maintenance Costs, Rate Spare parts).
  • Plan and deploy measures for a continuous improvement of maintenance efficiency.
  • Participate in the budget planning for maintenance.
  • Consult engineering department during planning/acquisition of new production equipment.
  • Plan and execute statutory technical checks by the management of internal or external assets. 
  • Ensure 24 hour support of Production Unit participating in the daily gemba agenda.
  • Deploy and develop TPM methodology in partnership with Production unit as main executor TPM.

  • 2+ years solid working experience in Maintenance and relevant Functions
  • Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • Transformation competence and organizational development skills
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills
  • Business / Finance Management Acumen
  • Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented
  • In Depth knowledge in Safety, Machinery
