MM controller - Manager (Product Costing)

1. Person in the role was to handling the following:
        i. Material cost analysis month on month and look for any variances
        ii. Inflation tracking for RM and Components and corresponding 
            recovery from Customer (on FG parts)
       iii. Monitoring the commodity cost movement basis published INDICES 
           and obtain the required inflation from customer and obtain the 
            reduction from vendor (in case of deflation)
       iv. Ascertaning the potential opportunities of material cost reduction  in 
            terms of vendor selections, competitive quotes, scrap realisation etc. 
       v. Person to have strategic approach to material cost and contribute to 
            business in terms of profitability.   
2. Prepare the material cost estimates for monthly forecasts, annual OP activity.
3. Responsible for completion of cost audit reporting and filing
4. Drive targets on cost reduction and cost negotiations to ensure 
    acheivement of targets.
