ZF is looking for a simulation intern with the main responsibility of preparation, execution and result analysis of simulation models. ZF offers the opportunity to learn the simulation role to support product design requirements (internal or external) under virtual testing, as well as other aspects like steering product design, reporting and project team communication, and quality assurance processes.

Your tasks:

• Model preparation;
• Simulation analysis and reporting;
• Model solving;
• Support in automized processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor studies in mechanical engineering degree (or similar), last year students also welcome; 
• Strong background in mathematics, mechatronics and/or physics; 
• Good communication and presentation skills, also in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink, Abaqus/Ansys, Hypermesh);
• Knowledge in physical modelling of complex systems;
• Programming and automation in Python, VBA;
• Experience in model validation.
